An innovative technology process is used for the production of LYO-GOLD. A process called Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis (USP) is used for the production of gold nanoparticle suspensions, which are then freeze-dried with Lyophilisation, resulting in highly stable and biocompatible gold nanoparticles in a dried powder state.
The process produces high quantities of gold nanoparticles with high stability, a broad temperature tolerance with long shelf-life, able to be used directly in applications.
